Acces to Planar Rim

Hey friends!
Can someone explain to me what causes Planar Rim to be no longer accesible?
I am trying to get the Klavdia's Amulet back because it's super good for teleporting.
No cooldown, 5s cast time.
But I can only acces it on one reinc, my other reinc and my Progenitor do not have acces.
Asking around others ingame only got me more confused.
Anyone out there that knows something more about this?

You're only given access as part of that storyline. Can't go back there either once the whole line is finished, or after a certain point on the quest chain (I forgot the exact quest after which it happens). To sum it up, if you want to keep that Amulet on you, you can't advance in that questline. Otherwise it gets removed from the bag like any other irrelevant quest item.

Yes it's gotten removed. Was exactly when getting the Battle of Gods raid quest.
But I could go back to Klavdia in Dane and request a new one and so keep it forever.
I still have that dialogue to return to the Planar Rim on that reinc. But no longer on my mains.
And that Amulet is so OP for teleporting, would like it back
